Here is the line work and color final for my most recent piece for Illustration Friday. This was a lot of fun and a first attempt to work with flat colors. I wanted this to have a bit of a cut-out feel and I think that this turned out pretty well. Looking forward to doing more work in this style. Enjoy!
It does have a kind of cut-out feel. I really like the line work, and seeing the ink outline. Very nice style but I feel bad for that poor guy.
ReplyDeleteVery nice. Busy but not so much so that you lose me. I think the shadows help pop the characters out from the wall (since you have a pretty desaturated color scheme), so they don't get lost. Also, the action is great. :)
